Beauchamp Estates has announced an expansion of its broker model and network, reflecting the dynamic and highly personal nature of prime and super prime real estate transactions.

This development is a natural evolution for a boutique agency like Beauchamp Estates, who have consistently outperformed larger networks through remaining dynamic and client focused.

Unlike the purely American based model, increasingly deployed by UK agencies, where brokers operate as individuals under an umbrella brand, only taking fees on what they personally sell, Beauchamp Estates will operate a hybrid broker network, comprised of both tied agents and associates.
