Our VAT number is 656 687187. Beauchamp Estates is a brand of British origin operating through legally independent entities depending on the territory. For personal data processing carried out in connection with activities in the United Kingdom and through this website, the data controller is the Beauchamp Estates entity established in the United Kingdom. Beauchamp Estates France is a legally independent entity operating as a franchise in France and has its own privacy policy applicable to its activities. 3. What does this Notice cover?

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data that we process. Unless otherwise stated, we act as the data controller in relation to such personal data. This policy applies exclusively to processing carried out in connection with the activities of Beauchamp Estates in the United Kingdom. Processing carried out by Beauchamp Estates France, a legally independent entity, is governed by a separate privacy policy compliant with the European Union GDPR. Our website may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by such third-party websites or companies. 5. What personal data do we collect?

Depending on your use of our website and the property services you request, we may collect varying amounts of personal data. At a minimum, we collect your name and an email address and/or telephone number (and potentially your postal address, including postcode) in order to contact you in relation to the requested service. 7. Where do we store your data?

All personal data is processed and stored securely for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data collected via our website is stored in France or within the European Union. Where services are located outside the UK or EU, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Transfers outside the UK or EU never rely on implied consent and are governed by appropriate safeguards under the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

8. Do we share your data?

We may sometimes share your data with our Beauchamp Estates branches and associated companies: Beauchamp Estates (Mayfair) Limited, Beauchamp Estates St John’s Wood, Beauchamp Estates Private Office, Beauchamp Estates Mykonos, Beauchamp Estates SARL and Beauchamp Estates SL where necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us, on the basis of your consent or on the basis of your legitimate interests. We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply services to you on our behalf. These include outsourcing our compliance, due diligence and referencing checks under certain circumstances to third party service providers. These may also include promoting our business, brands and products and measuring the reach and effectiveness of our campaigns – this will include: Sending you marketing information from time to time after you have engaged us to provide services or received services from us, either which may be similar and of interest to you, or where you have expressly indicated that you would like to receive such information. You have the right to opt out of receiving this information at any time. Processing that is necessary to improve our knowledge of the real estate sector – this will include undertaking market analysis and research so that we better understand trends in the property sector and provide better knowledge along with more tailored and relevant services for our customers in the future. Processing is necessary for us to operate the administrative and technical aspects of our business efficiently and effectively – this will include: verifying the accuracy of information that we hold about you and creating a better understanding of you as a customer; processing for administrative efficiency purposes such as where we outsource certain administrative functions to third parties who are specialists in such services; processing for network and information security purposes. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law. We may compile statistics about the use of our site including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. 9. Do we share your data with processors outside of the UK?

We may sometimes use third party data processors that are located outside of the UK. Where we transfer any personal data outside the UK, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the UK GDPR. Reasonable steps to include one of the following – – Ensure that the territory we are transferring it to has an adequacy decision from the European Commission. This means that the country has data protection laws equivalent to those in the UK; or – Ensure that we have the appropriate European Union’s ‘standard contractual clauses’ in place with the receiver of the data. This means that the receiver must use and protect the data in a manner that is equivalent to UK data protection laws. In certain circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain data held by us, which may include your personal data, for example, where we are involved in legal proceedings, where we are complying with legal requirements, a court order, or a governmental authority. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EU, appropriate safeguards are implemented, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. A transfer impact assessment is carried out where required.

10. How long do we keep your personal data for?

We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected and to fulfil any obligations that we may have under the law. Generally, we will keep your personal data for as long as you are registered for our services or have an account with us. This is to enable us to: Communicate with you about any questions or complaints you may have after you have stopped using our service; To comply with applicable rules on accounting, reporting or other law; or To provide you with relevant information about services that we offer that you may be interested in. 11. What happens if our business changes hands?

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of our business that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Notice, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by us. In the event that any of your data is to be transferred in such a manner, you will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you will be given the choice to have your data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller.
